Payments, Discounts & Refunds

Payment / Discount / Bounced Check / Refund Policies

Payment Policy

1.  For advance / on-time payment we accept credit cards, personal checks, money orders or bank checks. A credit card convenience fee of 3.5% will be applied automatically to credit card payments. 

2.  The first $150 of your payment is non-refundable under all circumstances.

3.  All discounted tuitions and specials, including Group Discounts, must be paid in full but only $150 of the transaction is non-refundable.

Discounts / Award Certificates

1. Discounts include a 10% Off for Groups of Ten or More.

2.  All discounts / certificate tuitions must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.

3.  Discounts are mutually exclusive and are not combinable.

4.  Award certificates given for percentages off tuition are not combinable with other certificates or discounts.

5.  All percentage off certificates apply to Commuter Camper or Day Camper tuitions.

6.  Discounts must be claimed at the time of enrollment and all corroborating information must be supplied at that time.  (i.e. U.S Lacrosse # provided at enrollment).

Choose From These Two Discount Options:

  1. Receive a credit in the value of the amount of the discount at the Camp Store to use during camp.
  2. Receive a check for the amount of the credit.

We will send you an inquiry a week before camp asking you which discount option you choose. Groups that don't come together or have girls drop off won't qualify for the discount so please wait for this inquiry before letting us know which you prefer. We will have to reconcile all accounts before determining if your group/team qualifies for the discount.

Bounced Check Policy

1.  A check returned to us by our bank due to insufficient funds in your account will incur a $15 East West fee plus the fee assessed by our bank (currently $10 per bounced check).  The total bad check fee is $25.

2.  All payments after such an occurrence must be made by certified bank check, money order or cash.

Refund Policy

1.  There are no refunds for cancellations made within 10 days of the first day of camp.

2.  Refunds requested prior to 10 days before the first day of camp will be honored less the non-refundable $150 deposit.

3.  There are no refunds for personal illnesses or accidents incurred before or during camp for circumstances which are beyond our control.

This policy is presented in black & white and in large text to make sure there are no misunderstandings.  This policy is effective January 1, 2007 and supercedes all past policies.
