Arrival, Health Insurance and Pre-Existing Medical Condition

Please provide arrival, health insurance and pre-existing medical condition information for your son or daughter after they are registered.

Please only provide the Santa Barbara Airport (SBA), Greyhound Bus or Goleta Amtrak Station (GTA) arrival information if you are requesting our ground transportation service.  'Car' indicates the camper is arriving to the dorm by car, even if you're flying in and renting a car. In that situation we do not need plane, train or bus information.

If you providw flight or train number and arrival time it indicates you would like us to provide the ground transportation and pick up the camper for $20 each way or $35 round trip.
